What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem!
You are able to exchange any piece of jewellery (except earrings) for anything in our Collection. The item will need to be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please notify us to start a return and the buyer is responsible for return tracked postage Thank you!
Delivery
Your order will be prepared the same day of receipt. You can choose from local same day delivery (postcodes within NG9 Nottinghamshire only) or 1st Class postage. See checkout for the rates.
What if my jewellery is faulty or is damaged after use?
Your handmade pieces come with a 12 month guarantee! In the unlikely event of any item being damaged after use then your jewellery/bag will be repaired free of charge. All we ask is that you contact us with the details and pay to return this tracked to us. Thank you!
